Nail Salon Policies Agreement

Welcome to our salon! Please review the following policies before your service begins.

Customer Agreement

By checking in, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nail Fix Policy

  • Nail fixes are free within 3–5 days of your service if the issue is due to product or application.
  • After 5 days, or for breaks caused by misuse or accidents, standard repair fees will apply.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must not have open wounds, fungal infections, or contagious conditions on hands or feet.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a condition poses risk to staff or other clients.

Personal belongings

  • The salon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
  • Please keep valuables with you and away from work areas during service.

Payment & Refunds

  • All services are non-refundable once completed.
  • Payment is required for all services rendered.
  • Custom nail designs may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Gift cards should be treated as cash and cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen.
